If you place your order by 4 pm on a working day, we’ll post it the very same day. You can see the estimated delivery date on the product page, in your basket and at the checkout.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on orders of CHF 20 or more; for orders below that amount, it costs CHF 2.90.
Can I return a ticket?
Yes, you have a 14-day right of return. You can find out how it works under Returns & Exchanges.
Is there a discount for larger quantities?
For businesses, there is a volume discount on orders of 20 cards or more. Please contact us via the Contact form or by WhatsApp.
