By when do I need to order so the card arrives in time?
Anything you order by 4 pm ships the same day. The card usually arrives the next working day (not counting Saturday). From CHF 20, delivery is free; below that it costs CHF 2.90.
Are there cards for milestone birthdays?
Yes. With the “Round Birthday” card you choose the number yourself, from 10 to 100 depending on the colour. You'll find all matching cards under Round Birthdays. For any other age there's the “Any Age” card: it comes with the digits 0 to 9, two of each, and you attach the age yourself inside the card.
Can I put money in the card?
Yes, with our money holder cards, for example “Best Wishes”. You tuck the banknotes into the slots. With notes inside, the card can no longer be closed, so it's best to put them in just before you hand it over.
Are there cards that play “Happy Birthday”?
Yes. Our birthday cards with music & LED play the “Happy Birthday” tune when opened and light up. They cost CHF 19.80.
Is an envelope included?
Yes, every card comes with a matching envelope. The card is sturdy and can be sent through the post as normal.
What do I do if a card arrives damaged?
Email us at [email protected] and attach a photo. We'll send you the card again or refund the purchase price.
